Awesome experience by far, thanks to Nick Vandever, the biggest difference maker. Unlike others, he explains the Feature Advantage and Benefits… my roof is more than 30 years old, Nick explained how things work for my protection and then the most important part - warranty. Really appreciate his professionalism.
Today Oct 3, 2026 the temp was 95, hottest day of the year, it literally feels we are in the 79s inside, under our new roof…

I just wanna take a minute to think Nick for coming out and giving me a quote at my property. He was very professional honest, caring, straightforward. He answered all my questions. Nick at Premier Roofing & Retro-Fit has been truly amazing!  He is most pleasant to work with and is absolutely responsive and a great problem solver. We knew exactly what to expect at any time throughout the project because Nick is such a great communicator. He took care of all issues and made the entire project smooth and stress-free. He answered questions right away and responded to requests promptly.  As soon as I got off the phone with Nick, walk outside and Nick had already reached out to David, supervisor for the crew, and David is already asking the crew to carry out the request.  The crew  has been very efficient and cleaned up meticulously each and every day. We can't be more happy with their work and would highly recommend Nick and Premier Roofing and Retro-Fit. We needed a roof replacement for our home in Sunnyvale. It was very quick to get an appointment set up for an estimate with Premier. Vini met with us and instantly made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions, many of which before we even got a chance to ask them. Vini is knowledgeable and super friendly. After putting our deposit down, the job started quickly thereafter, and the crew was professional, quick, and left the job site clean. We are very pleased with our new roof. Premier Roofing is easily a 5 star company.  Lets face it getting a new roof if scary and you should prepare yourself for sticker shock.  Premier wasn’t the cheapest company I got estimates from, nor were they the most expensive.  But Premier’s Project Manager Nick didn’t just drop off a few pieces of paper like the others.  He took pictures of the roof so I could see problem areas. And Nick explained my options from patch to silicone to complete replace.  The twenty year warranty drove me to doing a complete replacement of my existing roof.

Once I signed the contract Nick treated me like a valued customer.  He kept me updated on the progress with pictures and always notified me as to what was going to be done on that day.  He was here probably five different times looking at the work and checking in to see if  had any concerns.  Nick gave me his cell phone number so I could text him any questions I had.  He was so well organized he could even tell me what time the workers would be at my home, and the workers were not only on time they were early every day.

When the roof required plywood (you have to expect problem areas in an 85 year old house) Project Manager Vini was also great at explaining my options and I was so happy to hear he had access to the
necessary plywood.  Vini made sure i had photos of the plywood iinstalled.

Manuel and his crew were hard workers.  They were also friendly guys.  When one saw me dragging my grocery cart up the hill, he immediately asked to help.  By him carrying my groceries up to my kitchen he saved me at least 3 trips up and down the stairs. It's the little things. Manuel’s crew left a clean site after every shift. No debris was ever left behind.
