What’s Included
A roof replacement from Premier Roofing & Retro-Fit isn’t a cosmetic re-cover. We strip the old roof to the deck, so we can see and fix what’s underneath before anything new goes on. That’s where most roof problems in older Santa Clara and San Jose homes hide: soft plywood, rotted fascia and flashing that should have been replaced decades ago.
Old shingles, tile or shakes removed down to the deck, with the job site cleaned every day.
Damaged or soft sheathing replaced so the new roof sits on a solid, flat surface.

If only one section has failed, we’ll tell you, and quote replacing just that slope.
